HR & Recruitment Advisor – Family Office (Baarn I 32-40 hours)
We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Advisor for our client, a family office which operates as a leading algorithmic trading firm with fully automated operations, providing deep liquidity to the digital asset markets. The firm is located in Switzerland, the Netherlands (Baarn) and Singapore. The new HR & Recruitment Advisor will realize the growth ambitions and is ready to work in a fast paced, high performing, international environment. The position
Our client is growing and therefore the HR & Recruitment team is looking for a HR & Recruitment Advisor to realize these growth ambitions. The HR & Recruitment team (in total 2 fte) is based in the Netherlands. We are looking for a HR & Recruitment Advisor who is ready to work in a fast paced, high performing, international environment. As HR & Recruitment Advisor you will play a crucial role in enabling the growth of the organisation while continue evolving their culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration and pushing technology limits.
What you will be doing
- You will identify and engage (international) top talent with a study background in Mathematics, Physics, Quantitative Finance or Econometrics.
- You manage end- to-end recruitment processes efficiently and accurately.
- You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of candidates for the offices in Switzerland, the Netherlands and Singapore.
- You will build a strong candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies.
- You are focused on and you ensure a positive candidate experience.
- You like to innovate in recruitment, staying updated on industry trends.
- You will visit fairs (abroad), like MindPhair in Zurich, and represent the firm.
- You communicate transparently with candidates and internal stakeholders, so everyone is up to date at all times.
- Besides your main recruitment responsibilities, you will support HR in the broadest sense with/by:
- the onboarding of new colleagues
- “owning’ the HR platform HiBob
- updating all the HR files and ensuring compliance
- You will be (co) organizing internal events like the annual Christmas dinner and ski trip.

Who are you
- You have a Bachelor’s or University degree.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a fast paced, highly skilled international environment, preferably within HR/Recruitment.
- To be successful in this role you need to have affinity, or are willing to develop affinity, with recruiting highly skilled Tech profiles (developers, traders and quants).
- You are used to work with a CRM system and/or an ATS (Recruitee) and you have experience in optimizing the processes and are able to create useful insights through detailed reports.
- You have excellent communication skills (Dutch and English) and strong organisational skills.
- You have a strong attention to detail and communication and you are stress-resistant.
- You are integrity-driven and service-oriented and have a strong sense for organisational dynamics.
- You feel comfortable with the (administrative) tasks that are also part of the HR & recruitment field and you are willing to help within the business support team when needed.
