Your job
Our client is expanding its scope and has growth ambitions. The company is looking for a Recruitment & HR Lead to realize these ambitions. You will work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, high performing, international, Fintech environment where you have the opportunity to shape the role yourself and enable the organization to excel. As Recruitment & HR Lead you will play a crucial role in unlocking the growth of the organisation while continue evolving the culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration and pushing technology limits.
You are a true partner in business for the management (who also has Recruitment and HR experience) and input, initiative and ownership are not only appreciated but key to be successful.
What you will be doing
Recruitment & HR
- You are responsible for setting up recruitment processes.
- You are responsible for embedding the importance of recruitment.
- You will be implementing an ATS.
- You will identify and engage (international) top talent with a study background in Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, Physics and/or Mathematics.
- You will manage end-to-end (from sourcing to onboarding) recruitment processes efficiently and accurately.
- You are responsible for the recruitment (all levels) and selection of candidates, ensuring that candidates align with the culture and values of the organization.
- You will build a strong candidate pool using diverse sourcing strategies.
- You are focused on and you ensure a positive candidate experience.
- You like to innovate in recruitment, take a data driven approach and stay up to date on industry trends.
- You communicate transparently with candidates and internal stakeholders, so everyone is up to date at all times.
- Besides your main recruitment activities, you will have HR responsibilities in the broadest sense with/by:
- the on- and offboarding of employees
- ‘owning’ the HR platform Personio
- offering support by drafting the employee handbook and other (office) guidelines
- preparing payroll in collaboration with finance
- ensuring compliance in HR processes and policies
- making sure all HR files are up to date and compliant.

Your profile
- You have a Bachelor’s or University degree and you operate on academic level.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a fast paced, highly skilled international environment, preferably within talent acquisition (including agency side) and HR.
- To be successful in this role you need to have affinity, or are willing to develop affinity, with recruiting highly skilled Tech and Finance profiles.
- You are used to work with a CRM system and/or an ATS and are able and willing to implement such a system in the organization.
- You have experience in setting up and optimizing recruitment processes and you are able to create useful insights through detailed reports.
- You have excellent communication skills (Dutch and English) and strong organisational skills.
- You have a strong attention to detail and communication and you are stress-resistant.
- You are service-oriented, take ownership and strive for excellence.
- You do what is necessary and thus feel comfortable with the possible (administrative) tasks that are also part of this position.
